LumpedStateNetwork
Defined in: network/state-graph.ts:178
A state network with each physical node’s state nodes in one leaf module lumped into one node (#529): the map equation codes them with one codeword in that module, and Infomap’s physical tree merges them the same way.
Properties
Section titled “Properties”graph:
StateNetworkGraph
Defined in: network/state-graph.ts:184
The lumped network. Its state level has one node, a lump, per (leaf module, physical node); a physical
node’s lumps have consecutive ids. Its physical level is the source network’s physical graph, the same
object: lumping only splits the physical grouping further, so merging the lumps by physical node gives it back.
lumpToState
Section titled “lumpToState”lumpToState:
PhysicalToState
Defined in: network/state-graph.ts:191
lump id → its state node ids (CSR).
modules
Section titled “modules”modules:
ModulePathNode[] |null
Defined in: network/state-graph.ts:187
Each lump’s module record: its leaf module’s path, then its rank in that module (by flow, then by id). Null when lumped without modules.
stateToLump
Section titled “stateToLump”stateToLump:
Uint32Array
Defined in: network/state-graph.ts:189
state node id → its lump id, length stateCount.
