A nested layout’s module boundary discs (#329): each module’s disc from result, with its centre
re-expressed as an offset from the module’s leaf centroid in result.positions — the
BoundaryDiscs the network engine rings its expanded modules with (lod({ moduleBoundary })),
so a ring stays on its members’ disc as they are dragged or eased. One O(tree size) pass, children
before parents (a module tree numbers every child below its parent). Aggregates only.
