anchoredCurveTolerance
anchoredCurveTolerance(
tolerance,screen):number
Defined in: core/flatten.ts:36
The tolerance an anchored drawable is baked at, given the engine’s world-unit tolerance
and whether its layer is sizeMode: "screen" (#283).
An anchored screen glyph is drawn as anchor′ + (p − anchor): its recorded offsets are used
directly as pixels and the zoom never scales them, so its bake is already screen-space and
a refinement below the default’s 0.25px sagitta is invisible. It is therefore floored at
DEFAULT_CURVE_TOLERANCE — a floor, not a replacement, so a coarser tolerance still
coarsens glyphs and this can never record more vertices than tolerance itself would.
In world sizeMode the anchor is ignored and the drawable is world-scaled like any other curve,
so it keeps tolerance. (Unanchored drawables never come here: they are world-scaled in either
sizeMode and always bake at tolerance.)
